A real live archaeological project!

In addition to the special events, Wessex Archaeology will be undertaking a number of fieldwork activites as part of a live archaeological project to support the Churches Conservation Trust. As this is a live project, the archaeologists will be busy doing their work. You are welcome to have a look but please respect any areas which may be blocked off. There will be opportunities to speak to some of the archaeologists as part of the programme of special events.

Booking a place 2012

If you would like to attend more than one event during the week, you are more than welcome but priority will be given to people attending only one event in order to give as many people as possible a chance to get involved.

As the survey techniques, geophysics and RTI activities are happening in parallel, it will not be possible to attend more than one event on the same day.

The guest lectures will be happening in the church so no booking is needed for these but it would be appreciated if you could let us know if you plan to attend.
