Wessex Archaeology has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS), and in March 2015 received certification that this meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008.
 
Our QMS addresses the planning, production and delivery of our services, and documents our business processes and practices. This will ensure that we are better able to satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers, while at the same time improving the overall management of the company. 
 
The system is underpinned by a Quality Manual. This provides guidance to all our staff about how, by continually developing and refining the quality of our working practices, we can continue to meet the requirements of the ISO standard.
