Expertise

Fieldwork Archaeology

I joined Wessex Archaeology’s London & South East office in 2014, initially as a Field Archaeologist and presently as a member of the Research team. My current role involves report writing, ensuring that all finds and environmental material is properly recorded, processed and analysed, and maintaining the archives within the London & South East office. I liaise with museums local to our projects, with the aim of depositing the project’s archives. I also assist the Fieldwork team, producing Written Schemes of Investigation (WSI) and processing raw survey data.

I am driven by a desire to improve my skills, expertise and technical knowledge, which helps ensure that Wessex Archaeology continues to produce a high standard of work.

A significant amount of my time outside of work is spent reading large quantities of sci-fi, fantasy and historical fiction novels. When time allows, I also enjoy visiting historical sites and walking the Kentish coast and countryside.
