Angela Batt

Originally a fieldwork team member, I joined Wessex Archaeology in 1996 and spent ten years specialising in fieldwork gradually moving into staffing and employment issues. As People Director based in Salisbury, my work ranges from employment law and best practice to effective communication, improving company culture and learning and development. It is my job to ensure that the organisation embraces fairness, inclusion and respect in everything we do.

I am a member of the Strategic Leadership Group at Wessex Archaeology.
