Expertise

The Studio

I joined Wessex Archaeology as Photographer in August 2019, and am responsible for capturing images suitable for publication, reports, web, social media and community engagement. My aim is to capture the essence of what we do and generate interest in both our commercial services and archaeology and heritage as a whole.

I recently returned from Canada where I was working as a professional photographer in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, capturing corporate events at world renowned hotels and conference centres, stunning landscapes and amazing wildlife, including grizzly bears, big horn sheep and elk. I have gained a huge amount of experience and skills over the years which help me to tell human stories and create visual media that is inspiring, purposeful, educational and accessible to people from all walks of life and backgrounds.

When I’m not at work I can be found out hiking and exploring with my camera in tow, playing football, reading, watching a good movie or documentary or travelling.
