The Protocol anticipates discoveries being made by Staff, who report to a Site Champion on their vessel or wharf, who then reports to a Nominated Contact acting for the Company as a whole. The Nominated Contact needs to fill in the Preliminary Record Form and Liaise with English Heritage.
