Kirsten Egging Dinwiddy

I have been part of the Wessex Archaeology team for over 20 years, working and reporting on a wide range of excavations. After many years as an osteoarchaeological and reporting specialist, I now spend most of my time managing projects at the post-excavation, analysis and publication stages, and helping to co-ordinate the reporting team.

My motivation is in connecting people to the past by reliably, informatively and accessibly reporting our findings. I have presented public talks on a variety of projects which I have been involved in. In 2013, I set up a partnership with the Jon Egging Trust and have since coordinated annual inspirational days for the students enrolled on their youth enrichment programme.  

I spend most of my spare time with my family and friends. I enjoy reading and sometimes I get the opportunity to do some gardening.
