Tania Woolford

I joined the Human Resources (HR) team at Wessex Archaeology in June 2025, as a HR Officer.  My role involves providing HR support to colleagues and manager across all of the company’s offices in the UK.

During my working career I became involved with HR and found that I really enjoyed the variety of day-to-day work and being there to help my fellow colleagues.  I developed professionally and qualified as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 2018. 

My other interest is Archaeology, as it is so fascinating watching the past being brought to life.  I feel so excited and honored to be part of this amazing organisation.

Outside of work my interests include, spending time with friends and family and going for long walks with my dog.
