Pamela Warne

I’m a Terrestrial Geophysics Assistant Supervisor based in Salisbury. I joined the company in early 2021 and I have worked on a variety of sites across the country since then. I work mostly in the field, collecting data with a range of different techniques that Wessex Archaeology offers such as Ground Penetrating Radar and Gradiometer surveys. 

When I’m not in the field I also help with the interpretation of data sets and report writing. What motivates me at work is to collect the best quality data in order to understand underlying archaeology in an accessible and non-destructive manner. 

Before I joined Wessex I studied Archaeology at Cardiff University and I’m in the process of finishing my MSc in Archaeological Science.
