ExpertiseTrustee Executive Management
I joined Wessex Archaeology in 1999 working in IT, Research and Development and became Chief Executive in 2013. As part of my role as Chief Executive, I set the strategic vision for the organisation, ensure that we build a good team that works well together and develop and maintain good relationships with a range of stakeholders including clients, regulators and Government.
I work to ensure that we operate as effectively as possible, maintain high standards and continually demonstrate our values as an organisation with a strong social conscience that places heritage at the centre of sustainability, education and community engagement work.
In my spare time I am a local Parish Councillor and member of FAME (Federation of Archaeological Managers and Employers). I also love to ride and spend time with my horse Rocky.
